I never leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt it was necessary. I am an out-of-state customer who purchased a $120,000 Yukon Denali Ultimate from Tom Clark Auto Park. Given the size of the pur it was necessary. I am an out-of-state customer who purchased a $120,000 Yukon Denali Ultimate from Tom Clark Auto Park. Given the size of the purchase, I expected a high level of professionalism, communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I worked with Mike and requested an illumination package. I only discovered it was not included once the paperwork was already halfway completed. I was told it was too late to restart the process because it was after closing hours and only one manager was available. Tom with Cadillac, who handled the paperwork that evening, was professional and helpful. Because this vehicle was a Valentine’s Day gift and I was leaving town early the next morning, restarting paperwork the following day was not an option. I was told the illumination package issue would be brought to management and potentially resolved. After multiple follow-ups, the general manager, Joey, called me two weeks later and said, “No one put a gun to your head and made you sign.” He also stated the vehicle had already been discounted more than it should have been, despite other dealerships offering the $5,200 supplier discount off MSRP. The only discount offered was $500 off of MSRP and that was after I requested the $600 floor liner package. In an effort to find a solution, I even offered to pay the cost difference it would have taken for them to honor the supplier pricing structure, but that was declined. During financing, I was initially presented with an interest rate 2% higher than what I ultimately qualified for. Tom helped correct this before completion, but that added to the overall concern regarding transparency. Additionally: • The floor liner package arrived incomplete (the third-row liner is still missing more than two weeks later). - They sent me an itemized price list for the illumination package and I was told to contact my local dealership to get it through them. The price list I was sent added up to more than the standard $1250 GM illumination package option that was discussed prior to making the deal and is on GM’s website. At this price point, communication, accountability, and professionalism matter. I am still open to a reasonable resolution and hope management chooses to address these issues appropriately. More

Erica did an incredible job. She had everything ready when I arrived. She answered all of my questions. After the demo, she did an excellent job working with me on the pricing an She had everything ready when I arrived. She answered all of my questions. After the demo, she did an excellent job working with me on the pricing and the trade-in. After the purchase, she worked with me on setting up everything they way I wanted it and explaining all of the technology. She followed up to see if I had additional questions and on accessories that I ordered. I also worked with Joey Yost. He did an excellent job as well. My overall experience could not have been better. More
