The biggest struggle at a dealership is usually just getting a Hello or at least some eye contact, to acknowledge your alive! John and Charlton go WAY beyond that, they make me feel like I am home with getting a Hello or at least some eye contact, to acknowledge your alive! John and Charlton go WAY beyond that, they make me feel like I am home with my own kids who show respect and listen. They can carry an intelligent conversation, look you in the eye and are quick to LISTEN and find a solution. As am woman I hate it when I get mansplained or talked over. John and Charlton do a great job of making me feel that my concerns are valid and worth their time. That is why I service my vehicle with them and will continue to come back in the future. More
