I have been dealing with Land Rover Tulsa since 1998. Hard to believe it’s almost 28 years. In that time., I have always had positive outstanding experiences with both the sales department and service. Hard to believe it’s almost 28 years. In that time., I have always had positive outstanding experiences with both the sales department and service. In particular, the service department has always gone out of its way to explain things and make the process easy. John Arbuckle is the best service advisor. I have had in those 28 years. He absolutely goes out of his way to make customers feel at ease, and consistently delivers a superior customer service experience. He is a credit to Land Rover, USA and to the dealership. Frankly, with his customer service skills and work ethic if he were in my line of business, I would try to hire him. It’s really obvious he takes a lot of pride in what he does. In today’s environment, staff members like that are as rare as diamonds. I also have a very high opinion of Kevin and the technicians in the shop. They’ve come out to explain things to me and they even answered questions for me when I owned my D 90 defenders. Land Rover Tulsa should be a model for the rest of the dealerships in the country. My driver side front window had unexplainably shattered inside my door panel. Both John and Andy works tirelessly to make sure the work was not only done properly, but I truly felt they were on my side and inside my door panel.
