I thought John was very very professional. I know the team put a lot of time and effort to make sure that everything was repaired in for but one of the original issues that I came in for came I know the team put a lot of time and effort to make sure that everything was repaired in for but one of the original issues that I came in for came back within about a day and a half, and that would be the error message on my dashboard. But overall very impressed. I feel like this is one of those things that may not be able to be resolved. More

Service did not validate my concerns on my recently purchased used 2024 Defender 110. It is well-known problem with a published service bulletin and we were told nothing was wrong (wind noise around A purchased used 2024 Defender 110. It is well-known problem with a published service bulletin and we were told nothing was wrong (wind noise around A pillars). The child lock on the back door was malfunctioning when we rec'd the vehicle and that is a known issue a swell. Back passenger door would not open. Dealership is also 2 hrs away. Caidan was fine in the sales dept and has been good with follow-up communication. More
