I had a great experience at Hyundai Chesapeake - Western Branch with Marcus Burruss! He showed me the car I selected for a test drive and was knowledgeable on its features and workings. Very nice dealership but seems to be short staffed, long waiting times and telephone system not to customer friendly. It took multiple times to get someone in the service department but if you select sales waiting times and telephone system not to customer friendly.
