Outstanding. I've been to dealerships before that can barely figure out what you want when you tell them what you want in that time... John's found another customer that will return for all new car sales and will be referring family members and friends to him for a completely no hassle, easy new car buying process. Can't say enough about how easy it was to work with John. I contacted a few other dealers and got the come in and we'll find something nice for you when I give them exactly what I want or one took my car that I was going to use as a trade for 45 minutes to 'evaluate' it...Not John. Car was back in less than his stated 10 minutes. More

John also got me the best deal that Ford & his Dealership could offer saved me a ton a money, no one in my area did that all they care about was sell a car.
