I recently had an experience with this sales agent that left much to be desired. From the outset, the agent claimed my trade in held little to no value and presented an offer significantly below market val left much to be desired. From the outset, the agent claimed my trade in held little to no value and presented an offer significantly below market value given to him by the sales manager. Furthermore he stated they could not sell the car and it would be going straight to auction. What made the situation worse was that, shortly after, my trade-in was listed by the dealership at nearly triple the amount they had offered me. This approach fills very disingenuous. Transparency and fairness are key in any sales process, especially when it comes to something as significant as a vehicle purchase. Unfortunately, that was lacking in this interaction. I’d strongly encourage to very cautious if considering working with this agent. Better yet, consider looking elsewhere if you're seeking a straightforward, honest deal. More

I went to the dealership Newton Nissan South, June 28th and Blake Jones came out and greeted me, I told him what truck I was looking for and he went and got it.
