Subaru should be sooooo proud to have Erin as one of their ambassadors. I scheduled an info session with her after purchasing a new Forester. My previous car from your dealership was a Legacy so this pu their ambassadors. I scheduled an info session with her after purchasing a new Forester. My previous car from your dealership was a Legacy so this purchase was a step up for me. Erin was so patient, so kind, knowledgeable and really put me at ease. She addressed many features I hadn’t even thought to ask about. None of my questions after she had already completed the checklist review were too inconsequential. She was serious about representing Subaru at such a high level I can’t say enough good things about her. She truly deserves accolades from your leadership. More

Erin was so helpful. She did teach me some new aspects of the 25 models. She listen to all my comments to which made me feel she care what I felt. Also the young man who sold me my care told me why the gas tank was on the passenger side to filll the tank so if you needed to refill the in traffic, you were not on the side of danger. That’s something should advertise as a quality that they think about the safety. They already advertise of the safety of the car. They should add that to the thinking of the safety. More
