I would strongly recommend avoiding Gene Butman Ford based on my experience. My 2019 Mustang was serviced here in February 2026. During that visit, the dealership reported the last six digits of my V based on my experience. My 2019 Mustang was serviced here in February 2026. During that visit, the dealership reported the last six digits of my VIN (115606) to Carfax as the vehicle's mileage instead of the actual odometer reading, creating an inaccurate vehicle history record. A service advisor recently confirmed the mistake, and they said NOTHING they can do about it. This was not my first issue with this dealership. During a previous rear brake service, a problem occurred with the rear caliper, and my parking brake was left non-functional. Due to extensive work travel at the time, I was unable to immediately return and pursue the issue. I recently had to spend an additional $500 out of pocket to correct the parking brake problem. Mistakes can happen at any service center. What matters is attention to detail and taking responsibility when things go wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has been repeated service-related issues that have cost me both time and money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gene Butman Ford and would encourage others to carefully review all service records and completed work before leaving the dealership. More
