We had 5k cash on hand for a down payment, a credit score of over 709 but not enough credit history which we understood it would be a challenge. The Manager wanted to finance the car through their bank at 17% and that was ridiculous I think he wanted to get some sort of prize or commission by pushing this bank to us at a ridiculous rate. Then he said Capital One wanted 10k down. We said no to both and simply asked to reach out to other banks, he simply got up and said NO there's nothing to do then. The level of un professionalism is beyond ridiculous, this man is a clear example of horrible customer service, during almost the worst time in the economy in MANY decades this guy treats people like this? People try other places, there's a millions dealers out there that will treat you and value your business more than these guys. PS: We contacted Capital One Auto Finance and they said an application in our name was never submitted!!! John made sure that he was hands on through the entire process and made sure that I was happy with the deal. He took extra steps that he did not have to do that made me a very happy customer. Brian Foreman the sales manger was also a big help with getting me everything I needed to close the deal. Great quality employee. I spoke to Nick Anello in the finance department who walked me through the deal and what I was going to pay. No hard selling but offered many great options. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was not pressured into buying anything rather I was provided all of the facts and numbers in order to make an informed decision. After I made my purchasing decision I met with Nick Anello in finance to do the paperwork. Nick was very helpful and explained each number in detail and made the financial end of the process very easy. He had a VERY tight budget and John was the only one to honor his budget and not upsell us to a more expensive used car. We agreed on a great price with John and Nick was great to work with filling out and signing all of the paperwork. Lastly, Kim was amazing, too. She kept us updated as we traveled 1 1/2 hours to the dealership about the status of the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and even went out to the car to make sure it didn't have a smoke smell. I can't recommend them enough! More
