I must say he was impressive. He was expeditious in swapping out my old lease for my new one. He was also very knowledgeable and ensured that I understood the paperwork process as we went along. I have been in to service my 2011 Honda Accord on several occasions with different service people each time. All of them have been very friendly and courteious--this includes the cashiers who have taken care of the monetary aspect. Overall, I am pleased with the dealership. More

The purchase process was the smoothest I've ever had - Suburban even helped me coordinate the purchase and installation of a DVD player into the van and then delivered the van to my house. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a first class dealership and would absolutely return to buy another vehicle in the future. More
