Dear Bassam, Our records indicate that we made several attempts to contact you in reference to the Odyssey in January, February, March and April, to no avail. When you finally reconnected with us in July, we were limited in our offerings of the vehicle that you were interested in since you desired a specific color and were looking to pay less than the price that you were originally quoted. It seems that when you called the store that Monday, you did not specify your exact preferences, and only asked if there were Odyssey's available, which is why you were told that there were and advised to come in. By that time (several months after you original inquiry) we only had a small number of Odyssey vans that remotely matched your particular tastes, and none of them were the color that you'd requested. Therefore, our General Sales Manager quoted you for a 2014 vehicle that met all of your specifications since you were firm on what you wanted and we had no more 2013 Odyssey that fit what you were looking for. We apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding that may have taken place during your attempt to purchase with us, and we'd be more than happy to assist you with locating the vehicle of your choice if you are in fact still looking to buy. Dear John, the price i got was a print-out from internet sales and not something i came up with. The dealership could have told me that you ran out of cars before i came and lost both of our times. By the way, thank you because I got a Toyota Sienna 2013 and they matched your internet quote that u refused to honor.
