I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer from this dealership. There were two interior trim issues caused by poor assembly. To get this addressed, I had to drive about an hour and a half to drop the car off, the There were two interior trim issues caused by poor assembly. To get this addressed, I had to drive about an hour and a half to drop the car off, then return again a few days later to pick it up. When I came back, I found out that only one of the two issues had been fixed. The other one was not addressed because they simply forgot about it. What was even more disappointing was the attitude. There was no apology or sense of accountability, and I was just told to come back again to have it fixed. This dealership clearly has a “sell the car and move on” mentality with little concern for customer satisfaction after the sale. I would not recommend them. More
