Awesome Customer Service Dave Edwards Toyota Dealership My husband has been an owner of a tundra for the past 16 years. We began looking for a used/new Toyota utilizing our S Dave Edwards Toyota Dealership My husband has been an owner of a tundra for the past 16 years. We began looking for a used/new Toyota utilizing our Sam's membership to find their vehicle partners. We received quotes from several dealers, but Dave Edwards offered the best pricing. We live in Greenwood and didn't mind traveling to Spartanburg. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Mr. Maurice Parker, sales rep. We made a deal with him almost immediately to purchase a 2018 tundra. Happily, on our way home we noticed the engine size was much smaller than what we thought we had purchased. We contacted Mr. Parker, he said come in and we will see what can be done. Normally, once you leave the dealer, the deal is done, BUT not at Dave Edwards Toyota. They wanted our business and wanted us to be completely satisfied with our purchase. Total Customer Satisfaction! On our return to Toyota we met Mr. Dave Edwards, such a humble man (yes he's real and a photographer extraordinaire). We told him our concerns and he said, I'm sure things will work out. Mr. Parker met with Mr. Ferris, sales manager and within minutes Ferris ordered us another truck and implemented an acceptable resolution. Overall, our buying experience exceeded our expectations. Needless to say, we will forever be a Dave Edwards' family member. Please take our advice and ask for Maurice Parker, salesperson, Ferris, sales manager and John David, finance, what an awesome team. Thank you Mr. Edwards for restoring our faith in the car buying experience. We are ecstatic with our new Toyota Tundra. More

Bumpy process but amazing salesperson!!! I walked into the dealership wanting to look at a few different options but had no intention of making a definite decision. I was promptly greeted by a sales manager who introduced me to my salesperson, Corinthia, I didn't speak with him after that, he wasn't helpful. Corinthia was very friendly from the beginning and if it weren't for her kindness and determination to make sure that I was satisfied, I would've gone somewhere else. After looking at three or four options, I had found the car I wanted to know more about and was introduced to a different sales manager, Farris. He was very helpful and was able to tackle any obstacle that we came across. I wanted some time to think about it since it is such a large purchase but as I was leaving, I just had this feeling that it was the right decision and was so grateful that Corinthia had made sure I understood all of my options and WASN'T pushy! I walked back and decided to go ahead and choose my car. I was expecting that it would arrive in just a few days since that was what I was told but it ended up taking about a week and a half. There was some confusion as to why there was a delay but ultimately it ended up having to do with the driver. During this time, Corinthia kept me updated and did all that she could to figure out why it was taking so long. She is the reason I stuck it out instead of going to another Toyota dealership. She genuinely cared about finding the best fit for me and making sure that I left happy. I am so grateful that I was able to deal with her and plan on having her assist me in any future purchases! She is the reason I would recommend this dealership. More

Deaf Customer - No job is too big or too small for Tony My wife, Sissy and I just loafed around the dealership. We came up with 2015 Camry SE, a nice car. We are DEAF customers who are using ASL (America My wife, Sissy and I just loafed around the dealership. We came up with 2015 Camry SE, a nice car. We are DEAF customers who are using ASL (American Sign Language) We would grin and bear with most pushy dealers and communication barrier. Most of em would try to avoid writing on paper, or speak slower, even shout or talk louder - None of em will work with the deaf people. To my surprise, Tony Jackson, an unquie and pleasant dealer is NOT one of em . A truly blessing and make our day. He would not allow our communication barrier to be our problem. The whole time we meet with Tony. He would always write everything on the paper, using email and so on. within our reasonable and effective communication method. So that way, we can understand what's going on. We did not make any deal at very beginning. Really, Sissy was not satisfied with the car. So we left the dealership with no pressure at all. Sissy really wants a small SUV, out of our price range. A few emails between Tony and us, he quoted "I truly believe we can make this deal happen if you can find the time to come in before Friday". So we went there and see what we can come up with. We already knew that we had a very slim chance of getting a new car with approved financing company. Tony never asked for anything more from us. He would stick to the guns with what we have in our tight budget, down payment, and reasonable payments, etc. Tony is very patient and humble man who works so hard to get our 2015 Toyota RAV4 LE - APPROVED AND FINANCED. on July 30th! - We've been wondering how to express our gratitude for all of your hard and patience works. Words just can’t describe how much you are appreciated. Tony Jackson wrote me via email and said "I was personally involved with your purchase. I was so satisfied and very happy to see the expression on your wife's face when she got into HER new car. It made my day and week." Be sure to look for Mr. Tony Jackson, very friendly, and humble. You will not regret. More

When I arrived at Dave Edwards toyota I was approached by Tony Jackson. He was extremely friendly, and very helpful . I did not feel like he was pushing me into buying a new car at all. He explained all the cars in detail and I picked out a red toyota Corolla. I later bought my husband back and we decided to go with a black one instead. Tony changed all of the paper work with no questions asked. The whole process of buying a car was very quick and easy and we drove away with our new car within a day. We absolutely love our new black Corolla and all the features on it. I would definitely recommend Dave Edwards toyota to anybody looking to buy a car. We know where we will be getting out next car !! More

Great Team I can't say enough great things about this team. Tony looked for the best deal for me for around a week and kept me updated on what he found. Great customer service I had a great experience servicing my old car at this place and buying a new car after my old one got flooded several weeks ago.
