I had an oil change performed on my 2024 Maverick at Celebrity Ford in Toms River recently. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was not too happy about that, but I feel like there isn't much y Celebrity Ford in Toms River recently. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was not too happy about that, but I feel like there isn't much you can do about it. So, I waited. On the plus side, I mentioned that the little chrome tip on one of power window buttons had developed a sharp tip and was told it would have to be ordered. I told the service rep I would have that replaced when my next oil change was done. I was not coming in just for that after hearing it would take an hour and a half for an oil change and he said he understood. Upon meeting with a different rep to pay for the service, he told me that they changed the chrome tip and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that! So, I guess it was a mixed feeling about the service. I really don't think it should take that long for an oil change. More

Best car buying experience I have had and its not even close! First put an inquiry in late on a Saturday night after seriously thinking about a new Bronco. To my surprise received a very nice and attentiv close! First put an inquiry in late on a Saturday night after seriously thinking about a new Bronco. To my surprise received a very nice and attentive email on a Sunday (which I was not expecting since all dealers are closed on a Sunday) from Vinny. Great first impression! I asked him if I could just deal with a manager since I have had bad experiences over the years wanted to get right to the point! Steve called me first thing Monday morning and was super professional, attentive, no xx, no games!! Even with Ford's employee pricing some dealers still played games or would not give me what I asking for! I came in next day met with Steve he passed me over to John to show me the truck and finalize everything. Super knowledgable which again breath of fresh air! I have bought many many vehicles in my life and alot of them were luxury cars, only once can I remember the professionalism, courtesy, and seamless process! Keep it up will be back when my wife's Bmw is up! More
