Planet Lincoln Review I have used Planet Lincoln for service on my 2010 MKS for about 4 years now and I must say they have provided the best service I have ever expericence I have used Planet Lincoln for service on my 2010 MKS for about 4 years now and I must say they have provided the best service I have ever expericenced in the auto dealership in my 40 years of owning cars. Their customer service is a top notch and the most cordial and accommodating team. When it comes to buying a car the entire team is the best I have seen but I must say George Adams is the most accommodating, friendly, non pushy and the most knowledgeable salesman in the industry. Buying my new Continental from Planet Lincoln has been the most pleasurable expericence of any car I have ever purchased and I attribute that to an excellent team. To management, to financing and to George I want to say thank you for a great experience at Planet Lincoln. To others, I would highly recommend your next Lincoln purchase be at Planet Lincoln. I will say this, I hope my new Continental is as good and last as long as my MKS. The MKS has been the best car I have ever owned and we plan on keeping the MKS. Eddie Fullen then took care of the paperwork and then Carl Hamilton explained the car features to both my wife and me . Although there was a great deal of info to digest and it was extremely hard for my wife and myself to understand , Carl was very patient throughout the entire process . Never once did we feel like we were being fed a line of BS by Mr. Dvorak or his associates . Best car buying experience ever . More

They know their products, and patiently described the features and options available for each, as well as the benefits of being a Lincoln owner. I so appreciate their kind assistance and support, but that aside, I especially appreciate the generous trade allowance and optimum sales price they offered. The staff there were incredibly courteous and made me feel at home as soon as I walked into the showroom. The showroom itself is very modern with a bright airy feel to it. The sales team I worked with were very helpful as I road tested 3 vehicles and then re-tested the first one before deciding I was going to purchase it. It took a while to get through all of the paperwork (but it always seems to!) but the experience could not have been better. I will definitely be back when purchasing my next vehicle. More

The Best Car Dealer in The United States (Period) I purchased a used car from Planet Lincoln - always a daunting experience. Typically, you never know what you're getting and you never know if everyth I purchased a used car from Planet Lincoln - always a daunting experience. Typically, you never know what you're getting and you never know if everything they know will be shared with you. Everyone, from the Sales Concierge, to the Finance Manager to the Sales Manager to the Director of the dealership was open, honest and warm. They allowed me to take the car, which was an rare thoroughbred, to a specialized mechanic for an extensive workup. When the results showed that the car had some deferred maintenance, they adjusted the price to make the overall value compelling. Only after I closed on the car did I learn that they had made sure it had excellent tires & brakes, perfect glass, new oil & filter, wiper blades, battery, etc. They never boasted that the car was good; they made it good. Well after the sale, they remained available for any questions. I drove 320 miles from New Orleans to buy this car from them and would drive twice that for this level of service, quality and integrity. Simply the best. More
