I have had great service ice there with my car.

Recalls getting done but many time I have to come back to get one done because they don't have the parts need. I did a survey and before I checked my car after being there I sent it in. My only complaint was I know they worked on the right front seat and the molding on that sides is now loose which was not like that when I brought it in. Easy fix i am sure just wanted to note that as the survey was already sent. People are very friendly and helpful. My daughter is in the market soon and is looking at Kia next.

I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire
rotation. The service department tried to upsell me that I really needed rear brakes for $495, front break “service” for $130, and an alignment for $
rotation. The service department tried to upsell me that I really needed rear brakes for $495, front break “service” for $130, and an alignment for $150 for a grand total of $775. I nearly laughed in the service guys face.
Took the car to my TRUSTED machanic and I paid $40 to have my back breaks cleaned and serviced as they had almost 40% more usable life. Front breaks needed nothing, and my alignment was fine.
This is a 2022 Sorrento. Since when are rear breaks that much. You tried taking advantage of a customer and I will never enter that building again. Shameful
