My salesman was amazing but the Lott guy forgot to fill my car up will not fill it up but I put a half a tank in it and then when I went back the management wouldn’t let my sales guy do it wanted him to pa my car up will not fill it up but I put a half a tank in it and then when I went back the management wouldn’t let my sales guy do it wanted him to pay for his own pocket other than that the experience was great More

Scheduled a service for recall and they didnt have my meeting time, turned me away then schedule for the recall without the part and charge me $500. Still didnt do the recall service and waited a week be meeting time, turned me away then schedule for the recall without the part and charge me $500.
