Not long after taking delivery of the car, I discovered an engine issue that wasn't apparent during the original test drive. This is where you find out what kind of company you're actually dealing with. Anyone buying a used car should understand that there is always some risk involved. No dealer can guarantee that an older car will never have a problem. What matters to me is what happens when it does, and whether the seller is willing to stand behind what they sold. InterAuto did. Menny and the InterAuto team took the issue seriously and ultimately replaced the faulty engine with a certified lower-mileage engine. They worked with me to get all the issues addressed rather than treating the sale as the end of their responsibility. Anyone can provide a good experience when everything goes perfectly.
