When I came to pick my car up after being told it was ready, I paid and I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before it became clear one of the issues hadn’t been addressed. I brought it back in t ready, I paid and I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before it became clear one of the issues hadn’t been addressed. I brought it back in to be addressed and the “customer service” I received was the sales manager asking me if I wanted to upgrade to buy a different car. It was insensitive and not a good look for you to charge for a repair, not fix it when you say you have, and then the solution presented is to be asked to buy a new car. Yuck. More
