The worst Service and dealership in Minot. They do not care about their customers and do not fix any vehicle that you bring in. Terrible service. Although they are located in Military Base city, this dealership does not look out for our service members. My military son purchased a used truck from them in Sept. 2020; paid $24,000. Had work done to the truck and had to replace the tires at a cost of $800. He was given an over-seas assignment and had to sell the truck back to them in June 2023, less than 3 years later. They only offered him $17,000. Due to budget cuts his assignment was cancelled less than a week later, so he went to them to buy it back. They wanted $24,000. for the same truck, $7,000. less than they had just paid him. Obviously, he didn't have that kind of money since they only gave him $17,000 less than a week before. Service Members, Beware of this Dealership! Apparently, they are not grateful for your service to our country! More
