His favorite car is the Grand Cherokee which is also the best selling SUV. When not here he can be found camping, riding his Harley or playing guitar. Some people may be surprised that John earned a black belt when he was 15.

Walked in looking to buy a used car yesterday. Nobody was there to greet us or acknowledge us for quite a while. When our sales person, John, saw us, he immediately greeted us and asked what we were looking there to greet us or acknowledge us for quite a while. When our sales person, John, saw us, he immediately greeted us and asked what we were looking for. After the initial greeting, John didn't really speak to us, unless we prompted him or had to ask him a question. When I did ask him several questions such as, "Why was this car traded in" he rudely interrupted my question and stated that it wasn't a trade in and was a rental, but in a way that implied I should have already known that. Fast forward to the test drive, I found an empty water bottle, hair pins, and the interior did not look detailed or cleaned (this is important later). The rest of the drive was fine. He answered the rest of my questions, but more or less with short, blunt answers that rarely went past anything more than a "yes" or "no". We walked back to his desk where we were to negotiate numbers. I will say he was fairly quick with coming up with numbers which saved time. When he started to explain the cost, there was a $1,675 charge for detailing, handling, and other services. I brought up the condition of the interior to him (water bottle, scuffs, etc.) and he immediately interrupts me (again) to say that one of there sales people was probably driving it. ...Yep, a car that I'm going to pay for and charged for detailing is still getting driven around outside of test drives. I don't mind if it's an employee driven car at the time, that's fine, but to charge close to $1,700 for a detailing fee?! Ridiculous. We ended up walking because he couldn't hit the number we wanted, which is fine, I'm not knocking them for that. But it was the worst experience I've ever had looking to purchase a car based solely on the lack good customer service, getting cut off with nearly every question I asked, and not being up front and honest with the condition of the vehicle and then getting charged for a service that clearly wasn't being performed. Absolutely steer clear of this dealership, especially John. More

Check the tires on a used car Overall I had an OK experience when buying my used ‘18 Journey. The SUV only had 18000+ miles on it and after a week and a half of driving I took it i Overall I had an OK experience when buying my used ‘18 Journey. The SUV only had 18000+ miles on it and after a week and a half of driving I took it into a tire shop to fix a slow leak. When they looked at my tires, 2 of them “ needed to be replaced yesterday” because they were at 2/32”. I take the blame for not checking before buying but the dealer should’ve replaced the tires that were not safe to drive. The sales personnel were polite and not too “pushy” when making the sale. If this is how they sell all used cars, I would not recommend buying there. More

Sold me a lemon The sale of my 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited in September 2017 was a pleasant but annoying experience I suggest not buying on a Friday night, very loud m The sale of my 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited in September 2017 was a pleasant but annoying experience I suggest not buying on a Friday night, very loud music to get the customers "pumped" didn't appreciate having to yell to my sales person over the music and the GM refused to turn it down. I've had my truck into the maintenance department (7) different times since November 2017 because there is a wind tunnel sound coming from either my sun roof or rear hatch when you drive over 30 MPH. Every technician and the Maintenance Manager John, can hear this annoying noise but says it is "NORMAL" to the aero dynamics of the vehicle, funny I thought aero dynamics meant it keeps sound from traveling through the vehicle instead to travel around the vehicle. They won't do a recall because no one else has complained, and they have tried all the "FIXES" allowed to get rid of the sound, so I have a LEMON that Zeigler Jeep won't accept responsibility for and do what it takes to make it right ! More
