We did not feel pressured into a purchase, and Sales staff was very knowledgeable of the Toyota product, as we were new to the Toyota brand. GM made a point to meet us and personally thank us for the purchase. Dealership is very clean and well organized at all levels of customer involvement. A very positive experience at Ed Martin Toyota for a customer sales transaction of such high importance and made infrequently. More

Pressured by salesman to submit loan paperwork with no communication on when the car was to arrive. Threaten to sell the car and lose my deposit if I didn't come in to finalize. Car was delivered on Marc communication on when the car was to arrive. Threaten to sell the car and lose my deposit if I didn't come in to finalize. Car was delivered on March 30th and was told to do loan that day. Communicated my progress to search for finance and interest rates but still was only given 1 week. Made complaint to manager. Experience not great and would not recommend anyone. More
