I didn't feel rushed or pressured which is typically what deters me from visiting car dealerships, thank you! I also appreciated that they were open to negotiating my trade-in price to make sure I was getting the best possible deal! The finance manager that I worked with, Sam Smith, was so kind, precise and professional. All the information for financing my new vehicle, warranties, trade and payment information was explained very clearly and efficiently. Sam was happy to answer or re-explain anything that I had questions about. He was a pleasure to wrap the deal up with! The proactive measures in place for sanitation was also appreciated during this pandemic.
