I recently bought a used truck from John at Plaza CJDR. I had a good experience and would likely return in the future. I feel like we reached a fair deal for both sides. I appreciated the small-town, local feel of the dealership. John and I reached an agreement before I saw the truck. I was concerned that the dealer would try to mess with that agreement once I was there in person. They did not. Once I arrived, I test drove the truck, and the deal was straightforward and ready to go. I was in and out quickly. The only reason I didn’t rate a full 5-stars is that Plaza advertised one price online, but when I called to inquire, the price I was told they had on it (and what was pasted on the truck) was thousands higher than advertised online, which I feel is kind of misleading. It may lead some customers to believe they got a great deal when in fact, the higher price is not realistic and nobody is ever really going to pay that amount. That said, all in- good experience, would return. More
