Just awesome, best buying experience we ever had. Byers Ford Delaware, we were out looking for a New Ford.. And didn't know what to expect when we pulled into Byers Ford. We have had real bad experi Byers Ford Delaware, we were out looking for a New Ford.. And didn't know what to expect when we pulled into Byers Ford. We have had real bad experience at other dealers. But we were quite shock when John Grijak reached out his hand of friendship. He made us feel like we had been old friends for years, made us feel at ease. He invited us to his office, and he let us just unwind a bit and just relax. And this was something that we were not used to at all. We talk about the bad deals we had at other dealers, and he told me that it wouldn't happen hear at Byers. We talked about that he had for sale that would be a perfect fit for us. He came up with the perfect Ford Escape that fit in our budget. The next thing was getting financing. Bill Thorpe was left to handle this side. Great job on his part, in fact he did his job and helped us with Ford Rebates. We can't express in words how we feel about the experience we had at Byers Ford in Delaware. They have us as customers for life. We will buy our next Ford from Byers.
