We looked all around and spoke with many different dealers. The service and attention to detail was what drove us to do business with them and ultimately make our purchase. I can't say enough about Tim, Bill and Derek's help with the buying process. I had my guard up at first from the expectation that dealerships were only worried about the commission and profit margins . I can truly say Tim Wheeler is the best to work with. Of all the salesmen we spoke too his effort and service where second to none. his patience with us in finding the perfect Expedition was a blessing and made the experience that much better. He went above and beyond to deliver us a perfect match and met us at our price point as well. We will be going back in the near future to make our next purchase and we definitely recommend Byers to family and friends now. For everyone else if you want to be treated with respect and honesty save your time and go here first. It will at least give you a standard to judge the other dealers against. Just awesome, best buying experience we ever had. Byers Ford Delaware, we were out looking for a New Ford.. And didn't know what to expect when we pulled into Byers Ford. But we were quite shock when John Grijak reached out his hand of friendship. He made us feel like we had been old friends for years, made us feel at ease. He invited us to his office, and he let us just unwind a bit and just relax. And this was something that we were not used to at all. We talk about the bad deals we had at other dealers, and he told me that it wouldn't happen hear at Byers. We talked about that he had for sale that would be a perfect fit for us. He came up with the perfect Ford Escape that fit in our budget. The next thing was getting financing. Bill Thorpe was left to handle this side. Great job on his part, in fact he did his job and helped us with Ford Rebates. We can't express in words how we feel about the experience we had at Byers Ford in Delaware. They have us as customers for life. We will buy our next Ford from Byers.
