My husband and I had a great purchase experience with John! Great experience at the Ford Dealership in Menomonee Falls. My husband and I would often make frequent stops at the Ford dealership just to browse the array of vehicles. I knew exactly what I wanted to purcha My husband and I would often make frequent stops at the Ford dealership just to browse the array of vehicles. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I was looking for a Ford Escape in a very distinct color. I came in to take a test drive one afternoon. We found that our Salesman, John Hassell extremely helpful. He knew a lot about the vehicle and answered our questions with ease. I loved vehicle I test drove, however it wasn't the color I desired. The manager and the sales team were able to find a match to the vehicle we desired. The overall experience was such a pleasant one. Customer Service was excellent. More
