Communication was minimal and there was a clear lack of effort to assist us in a professional or respectful manner. We came prepared and ready to do business with a cash purchase yet it felt as though we were not being given the same attention or courtesy that other customers might receive. What made this experience especially concerning was the strong impression that we were not treated fairly. Whether intentional or not, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. Buying a car is a significant decision, and every customer deserves transparency, respect, and equal treatment throughout the process. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, attentiveness, and basic customer care. Based on this interaction, I would not return or recommend this salesperson to others. More

We haven't gone in person to a car dealer for a very long time. The reason being that most dealerships that we have dealt with are pushy, rude, and annoying to the point that we would go elsewhere to buy a time. We had a very good experience at Cochran Mazda. We purchased a 2021 Mazda CX3 with only about 1750 miles. John Huebner was polite, respectful and willing to answer all of our questions. He also offered to answer any other questions we may have in the future. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. I would recommend for anyone considering buying a Mazda to go here and definitely ask for John. More
