When I called on the phone, I talked to JJ. I told him I had issues with my car. He wasn’t quite sure if he was going to be able to get my car in let alone get it done but thank goodness he got I told him I had issues with my car. I did not have to wait all day for my car too to get done either and one of the best parts was that the job was done under warranty and it cost nothing to me. I was really appreciative of that and I want to thank JJ again for doing such an excellent job with getting me in at the last Moment. More

Had steering wheel replaced with an aftermarket brand. Drove home afterwards and found horn did not function, also they did not reset my clock or oil change indicator. So I got charged for diagnostic, to figure why the horn didn't work????? I paid the bill and I will never go back to their So called service dept. again More
