Staff is very friendly however the used car inventory are of low and poor quality. Several mechanical things went wrong with the vehicle within less than a month yet a week of having it. Management did fix t of low and poor quality. Several mechanical things went wrong with the vehicle within less than a month yet a week of having it. Management did fix the issues but more continued to arise. These vehicles are lemons. Sales managers also lie about numbers they can put together for you and then once in finance office it's all a complete lie and more money has to be spent on their extended warranty(ies). Would NOT recommend. More

Great inventory options, nice facility. Salesman agreed to have vehicle cleaned, gassed and ready to go so all we supposedly have to do would be to pay and be on our way. I texted salesperson when we were on the way, never responded, when we arrived nothing had been done with the vehicle, he hadn’t noticed the text, he wasn’t busy, he was playing on his phone. (No reason why he shouldn’t have seen text) we were upset that he had agreed to have all Prepared but nothing was ready.. heedless to say 1.5 hours later we were leaving. More

I talked with the sales representative after finding the vehicle online. In the phone conversations I had with the dealership representatives all went well. Being wheelchair bound I found id difficult to tr vehicle online. In the phone conversations I had with the dealership representatives all went well. Being wheelchair bound I found id difficult to travel to see and test the car so we arranged the trade terms by phone and messages. They were helpful in arranging delivery and the driver was courteous. Delivery was during a driving rainstorm so my wife looked the vehicle over as best she could. When completing the paperwork I got a hint of the first problem. There was only one key fob. The driver told me that the other key would be mailed to me when my check cleared. My first drive in the car was a little concerning. The instruments and display were to dim to see. After driving a few miles the automatic braking system deactivated and posted a warning on the instrument cluster indicating service was needed. Also there was a problem with the headlights not turning off in the automatic setting. I called the sales representative and got word back to take the car to the local dealer. The dealership found that a tracking device had been installed in a way that resulted in a connector being removed. They disconnected the tracking device and reconnected the connector for the light circuit. They had to recalibrate the vehicle settings. They were able restore proper function to lighting system but the automatic braking feature still goes offline after driving a few miles. My next calls to Jerry Hunt resulted in an agreement to reimburse the cost of this service but the message changed with regard to the key fob. I questioned the sales representative about the status of the second key fob hand he began to hedge on whether or not there was a second key fob. Bottom line a month later I have the title to the car but no second key fob. Further complicating the problem is that I will have to buy a new key fob at $400 or so but it is long-term backorder. Further the problem with the front braking assist seems to be related to some damage behind the front bumper that will require additional out of pocket expenses. While I love the looks and utility of the Pacifica for managing my wheelchair and its driving characteristics I am less than pleased with the purchase. The vehicle was not fully functional so there must be some problems with their presale inspection process. I regret not going to the dealership to complete the deal. I would not have bought the vehicle without a spare key for if there were obvious problems. I will probably be facing more than a $1,000 in additional expenses in order to get a key fob and get the braking function restored. More
