I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new vehicle from Patriot Buick GMC. Purchasing a vehicle has always been a process which I have found stressful. Having previously purchased Range Rovers and BMW’s I was prepared for the oncoming “pushy salesmen” And then … they didn’t come. Instead, at Patriot Buick GMC you get knowledge staff who are helpful, who listen and who are accommodating. I had the pleasure of working with Ed Allwine. Mr. Allwine was responsive and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every feature of my new vehicle ensuring that I would get the most out of it and felt comfortable in it. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. I cannot emphasize the level of customer care I received. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, John Landosca, the General Manger, and Mr. Allwine both were present and ensured I was satisfied with both my vehicle and the overall experience.
