Bought a car out of state, during sales they said the car will be delivered in days, it took 2 weeks to ship the car, when delivered there were no papers and tags, when I called they said they are working wi will be delivered in days, it took 2 weeks to ship the car, when delivered there were no papers and tags, when I called they said they are working with an outside vendor and will do all registration for me in days, I called 5 days later to check back, they said the vendor did not receive a delivery notice so could not start the process, fact is I already gave them delivery notice receipt days ago but no one used it so I lost another week, I followed up next week to see if it is ready, they said all they had to re submit papers to the vendor due to some delivery issue but once the vendor gets the papers it will be up to 3 days for dmv to process it. I called 3 days after to see If DMV processed it, now they say it may take up to 4 more weeks to get the tags from DMV. I am paying $850 for financing plus another $300 per month for insurance and the car is sitting in my garage! I am not counting all the Uber bills I have to pay to go to places I need to go. it has been a horrible experience with Porsche Rocklin and the nightmare is not over yet! More
