Beginning with the low pressure, informative salesperson through the entire purchase process, I was treated with respect and professionalism. The sales representative was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the test drive suggestions he made and the location he chose allowed me to really get to know the performance of the vehicle without feeling any pressure. The next steps were complicated as I had a trade and I was not really prepared for the transaction - no checkbook, no pink slip, extra key to trade-in, etc. However, working through all of the steps with Jerode and Kyle made it a very comfortable negotiation and transaction. Without being pushy, they walked me through every step with logic, understanding and respect - much appreciated. When the team discovered it was my birthday, an impromptu champagne toast totally hit the mark in terms of meeting/exceeding my expectations. The finance process went very smooth as John Le was professional and efficient in working through the mountains of papers. He was very understanding when I made an error on my initial check. The follow up delivery was fantastic - should be mandatory for any new high tech vehicle purchase. I had driven the car for a few days, but still did not fully understand all of the features. I met with Zach a few days after initial delivery, he was thorough and made some great recommendations - such that I felt comfortable that I knew everything this vehicle could do. More
