Had to teach service writer G. M.warranty that he didn't know was in Glove box of car. Tech needs to look at problem better! I worked for G.M. for 35 years and wouldn't waste your M.warranty that he didn't know was in Glove box of car. Tech needs to look at problem better! I worked for G.M. for 35 years and wouldn't waste your time or mine if there wasn't a warrantable defect. Called customer service and also got the runaround for 2 weeks with no call back . Very disappointing experience from dealer to customer service. It's a shame I was looking to upsize my vehicle. Will have to go someplace else. More
