After they had it for an hour, they said it was a software issue, not covered by warranty and that there was a $200 charge for the download. We picked it up with zero resolution for the issue because you know that the software costs them nothing, but is critical to the use of the system and they aren’t willing to do anything to stand behind their products. We have 4 Subarus in the family, but as much as we love the cars, their service is substandard. More
