Drove 260 miles to buy a new truck. John Mcullom was the salesman. We turned around headed home received phone call John stated my credit was good enough I didn’t need wife on the loan. Met with John & he had me initial and circle 7,24 6 years. Met with Jordan for paperwork. Nothing was mentioned about a higher interest rate. The day after I got home I received a email stating interest rate was 8..72. After checking my paperwork it does reflect 8.72. I have contacted the dealer ship on 4 different occasions speaking to John , Jordan , Carter and another person that I didn’t get his name. All said they would find out what happened and get back to me. No one has contacted me yet. I didn’t want your financing but I was told I would loose 2000- 3000 off the sticker price if I didn’t finance with Glenn Chevy. Some of the documents i signed was on a I pad and didn’t reflect the higher interest rate. I was also told that I could pay off this loan in 6 months with no penalty. I did request a copy stating that but I can’t find that in my paperwork. I feel this was a typical bait and switch. I am 56 years old retired Chief Admistrative Officer for the State of Illinois and have never been treated like this. I will be forwarding all text message, voice mails and documents to the Illinois Attorney General’s office, Kentucky Attorney General’s office and the Better Business Bureau for deceptive business practice I have waited over 2 weeks and have no response More
