The owners and management, all of whom I've had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with, operate from integrity, fairness and clearly treasure their customers. I've been treated so kindly, with honesty and compassion every time I visit. New Altima! Great Experience! Great Day! Yesterday I bought a new 2016 Altima! It is the 3rd one that I have owned over a 20 year period. They are great cars. So, purchasing a 3rd one was Yesterday I bought a new 2016 Altima! It is the 3rd one that I have owned over a 20 year period. They are great cars. So, purchasing a 3rd one was not unexpected, but I also looked at the Sentra, Versa, and Maxima. Initially, I did not expect to make a purchase. I tend to take my time - I like "car shopping" and doing test drives. I really like learning about the new models and their features. I have been to Campbell Nelson for services and have always had a good experience. I met Roy after browsing the car lot and then going into the store to look at the showroom. What great showroom! I was greeted by a very friendly person at the storefront door. Unlike some car stores, I truly felt no pressure to make a purchase and enjoyed my visit. After about an hour I left the dealership and went and had lunch and looked at the information Roy and David (John?) gave me. I came back and shopped again. I was met with the same friendliness. After test driving a used 2014 Altima and a new Sentra (a very neat car BTW....), Roy showed me a new 2016 Altima as we were talking about prices and financing possibilities. We took a new 2016 Altima out for a drive - it was awesome! Plus I loved the color and how it felt during the drive. Roy was a great passenger!.... He was also a great salesperson - very easy to talk to and never any pressure to make a decision. He is one of the best I have ever dealt with. We returned to the dealership and David O'Brien came out and did an assessment on my 2008 Altima. He gave a very good price and Roy showed me the Nissan financing promotion. What a deal! So, we started the paperwork. I met Matt who offered me insurance options and then Cecil for the financing process. Cecil was great! He throughly explained everything. It was a lot of information - there are so many options but he made it very simple to understand. Just prior to moving forward on the deal, I Roy offered me an opportunity to meet one of the business founders - Mr. Campbell. What an interesting and pleasant person! Truly a people person. At the end of the day, I drove off with a new Altima. But what really made it worthwhile was the experience. This dealerships' personnel are easy going and respectful and committed to answering all your questions. WWZ More

Great place to buy a car! John Obrien is very good at what he does. He is not out to sell your a car, he helps you get what you need with pressuring you into buying what you do John Obrien is very good at what he does. John Obrien was my dealer for my new 2016 Rogue. John Obrien helped me purchase my new Nissan 2016 Rogue. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. He took the time to make sure this car was John Obrien helped me purchase my new Nissan 2016 Rogue. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. He took the time to make sure this car was the right fit for me and my famiky. He explained all the detsils, showed me how ti work the " bluetooth", since i went from a 2002 VW This was all new for me. He made me feel really comfortable, and i absoutly LOVE my new car!!! Thank you Nissan John Obrien and Dave Obrien for your great customer service abilities in for my trade in. You guys rock and I would recommend all my friends and family to come see you for a new or used car! Thank you! More

Misled buying a Used Leaf I wasted 5 hours of my life buying a Used Car from these guys. I looked at a bunch of Leafs and settled on one (I thought) had all the features I wan I wasted 5 hours of my life buying a Used Car from these guys. I looked at a bunch of Leafs and settled on one (I thought) had all the features I wanted. They indicated a particular car had all the features I wanted - as stated on their website and verbally by the salesperson. I signed the docs and put down a deposit. After two days of waiting for the car to be ready to pick up, I called to check on it and the salesperson informed me that it did not have Quick Charge - a key requirement I stated upfront. I talked to the Sales Manager and he told me it was my fault - I should have verified that the car had every single feature that they had represented and that I should not trust their website or salesperson. It was my fault that they misrepresented the car on their website and verbally. They are buying and selling Used Leafs so fast that they do not what cars are on their lot and what featured they have. It was a disorganized mess on their lot - I looked at 10 different cars and the weren't sure which cars had what features. They buy the cars at auction and add them to their website before they have them on the lot. They do not double-check what features they have. Lesson learned. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! Luckily they agreed to refund my deposit or I would be stuck. I will never step foot on their lot again. More

John O'Brien top notch salesman! Great experience in purchasing my vehicle! John O'Brien first asked what my needs were in helping me find a vehicle! After spending about 45 mins I saw a few vehicles that caught my eye! John is not a pushy salesman, he took the time to listen and answer my questions! He told me about this trade in vehicle that came in that week! I was very interested in looking at the car! I test drove it and it had my name written all over it!! I do not have the best of credit! John O'Brien, manager and Cecil Tyler worked with me to make this happen! I had a truck for years and wanted a car! I drove away in a great reliable vehicle and a very satisfied customer! I would highly recommend John O'Brien as a salesmen and his team! Kudos to everyone! More

What a fantastic lease experience! John O. did a wonderful job of answering our questions about the Leaf. Just bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue from John O'Brien ("John'O"). He was extremely knowledgeable without being overbearing. He was respectful and professional. I do feel that I got an excellent deal. I have visited a number of other dealerships and have been underwhelmed by my experience with the sales personnel, either due to being overly slick and artificial, not willing to negotiate to my satisfaction, or in some cases, just not very informative. My experience working with John'O was the opposite. He was able to get me just the car I wanted in very short order. He was able to speak about my car with clarity. I was able to test drive a car right away. When I signed the paperwork, I found the finance manager to also be very helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone...and in particular, if you are looking for a salesman who is easy to work with, intelligent, personable and willing to negotiate, "John'O" is your man. More
