New 2017 Ford 150 I came in to look at a used 150 Shane Orr meet us in the lot was great to work with not the typical salesman was very helpful not pushy talked thru wh I came in to look at a used 150 Shane Orr meet us in the lot was great to work with not the typical salesman was very helpful not pushy talked thru what I was looking for and ended up buying a new 2017 F150 that they were trying to move to get more of the 2018 trucks in. Truck did not have everything I wanted leather seats and bed cover but Shane showed us some option of what we could do to get what we wanted. Shane and John Oliver stayed after work hours and walked us thru all of it. They sent it out and had it back the next week better than I even imagined it would be. I had the leather seats that I designed and the bed cover plus Shane called me and suggested some other items if I wanted them that I did not notice it didn't have. Jeff Wills the Finance manger was also great to work with showed us all the options on warranty and financing to get us in the best place possible. He did not try and sell us things we didn't really need sold us what we wanted and needed what a great team they have there. This is the first review I have ever wrote on any company, I just felt that they had done such a great job with customer service from start to finish that I really wanted to share my experience. Thank you Oliver ford for being such a customer friendly business!!!!!!!!!! More
