Zero minutes of my time were wasted trying to upsell me once I had made my decision. As a woman, I have encountered many issues over the years buying cars (salesmen who don't know how to change oil pointing out the number of cup holders in a car as a prime selling point for women; salesmen asking me if "I was sure" and if I need my husband's approval before buying - this type of nonsense.) My husband was with me but as the buyer, John addressed his questions, comments and information to me. This respect for me as the buyer is a huge positive factor in my review. The car had already sold itself to me; the way I was treated is the primary factor in my five star rating. I would recommend Hyundai of Venice, and John in particular, to anyone. I love the car, especially in sport mode, and have been gleefully zipping around in it. Thanks, John! More

We seen your ad on social media, and one of the vehicles advertised Interested us. We live about 45 minutes away and figured we would just take a nice drive to come and look at the SUV. We were greeted by a very pleasant young man named Tanner who we found out is the manager, and he introduced us to one of his salesman John Owens. John went over and above in showing us the vehicle, explain everything, and walking us through the entire process, he made us feel comfortable like we were old friends. He took his time, there was absolutely no pressure and the whole experience was one of the best vehicle purchases we have had to date, even down to Barry in their financing department who was an absolute gentleman. It was definitely a five-star experience and I would recommend anybody looking for a new or used car to reach out to them or stop in and see them, it is definitely worth your time.
