I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this dealership was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was almost nonexistent — I constantly had to reach out for updates, and when I did get dealership was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was almost nonexistent — I constantly had to reach out for updates, and when I did get a response, the staff and even the management came across as rude and dismissive. The biggest issue was that they sold me a car without having the title ready, and I wasn’t informed of this until after I had already signed the paperwork. This should have been disclosed upfront. On top of that, the car wasn’t properly cleaned before pickup, which just added to the feeling of carelessness throughout the whole process. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
