First off, the dealership was awesome to work with. From my sales person John Raptor, to Everett the Sale Mgr, to the F & I dept. I was at the dealership a total of 2 hours to complete the deal. (I was From my sales person John Raptor, to Everett the Sale Mgr, to the F & I dept. I was at the dealership a total of 2 hours to complete the deal. (I was pre-approved from my Credit Union) It was a no haggle, back & forth ordeal. Please keep in mind that my best friend was the GM at another Dealership as to whom I had bought many cars from in the past. (about an hour and half to close the deal and do paperwork) Which I was treated to the red carpet when doing a car deal. Unfortuately he just passed, so I was left to go out and find a car and go to an unknown dealership and work a deal. Needless to say I was very nervious and concerned. I can assure you two things! John Raptor is a seasoned car salesman who only wants to take care of the customers needs. Also, there was no pressure! Not only for me personally, but I noticed the customers in the Dealership weren't stressed either. I had a "Great car buying experience" and highly recommend purchasing a car from Royal Moore.
