In the Sales floor department, they kept the haggling to a minimum and I would recommend them to 1st time car buyers as well. The sales person, JP, was very patient and professional and should be given a gold medal for all the marathon running he did back and forth during the negotiation process. Great job. We are looking forward to return in 2 years or less for our 2nd Sienna's potential purchase, if a good deal can be struck. More
