As a first time car buyer, I am glad it was Mazda Roseville! John made sure I got the best salesman to work with, Chris! When I needed time to look over the cars, John and Chris gave me my space and did not pressure me to buy anything. They were all very respectful of my time! Chris even gave me complimentary key fob sleeves and a little tire pressure thermometer that he had in his desk, SO NICE!! When it came to finances, I was helped out by Scotty, again such a nice gentleman, explained everything to me, didn’t make me feel dumb, and respected my decision when I declined some of the packages that they offered. Overall, Roseville Mazda is the place to be at! If you ever there, ask for John and Chris, they will take care of you! More

They were honest and never tried to trick us. While bouncing dealer discounts around they did try to match other dealership's offers for prices that were previously too steep for them. No fault there, it's how they make their $$$. Three stars for the Dealership overall due to other staff blowing us off when we made the effort to minimize our impact on their time. The laziness was frustrating. Five stars for their Service Department! They've been timely and honest. More
