Our salesman, John Sears, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in - Honda Odyssey Elite. He greeted us with a warm handshake and huge smile and was very friendly, respectful (my the vehicle we were interested in - Honda Odyssey Elite. He greeted us with a warm handshake and huge smile and was very friendly, respectful (my husband and I are in our 80's) and concerned that we understood everything. When we found out he had only been working for Tom Wood for 2+ weeks I was amazed at his grasp of all the many details, gadgets, bells and whistles regarding the Odyssey, as well as his outgoing personality. You certainly have an outstanding employee in this young man! Everyone else we dealt with - Sales Manager and Finance Manager - were also very helpful. When we called to ask about the availability of the 2024 Odyssey, the Sales Manager went outside and took a video of the model they had on the lot so we could see the color - and sent it to us in about 2 minutes. The other dealership we contacted said, "Yeah, we got a black 2023. Come on in and see it." Everything about this transaction was efficient and pleasant; John Sears was the "icing on the cake"!
