Additionally I was charged miscellaneous $2,497 for services and items never mentioned or received! Before the sale I asked about a burning smell from the engine and was told a tech spilled some oil from the oil change on the engine block and nothing was leaking. Turned out it is a $9,248.88 repair is evident due to leaking turbo and oil seals discovered within days at local auto shops! I had to have the transmission and right wheel bearing replaced and have to add leaking coolant with every trip to this day. The burning fumes are highly toxic seeping into the van. I spoke with the manager who lies with every breath stating I signed for it as is yet the as is condition as indicated by them was in excellent with nothing wrong including the burning smell, far from the truth. I found these things out just a few days after the purchase from other local auto shops. This is fraud and misrepresentation on all levels. They will assure you that you will get what you pay for but that is NOT the case. They are extremely dishonest and the single worst dealership I have ever encountered in over 50 years. They take scam artist tactics to the next level. With the first rain water poured into the van through ceiling light fixtures. Up on a ladder I found the previous owner had attempted to caulk it but that didn't hold. Also, not visible from the ground was a smashed down rear section disabling the rear tail light. It goes on and on. More
