We explained to John the type of car we were looking for, he was knowledgeable and explained the safety features of the car in great detail. He was very professional and courteous. He did take his time to negotiate the deal for us but at the end of the day, we were satisfied with our deal and the numbers we expected to pay. Before this visit to this dealership, we visited a few other VW dealerships in the area but Gunther VW beats all of them when it comes to working with customer service. More

Easiest, Fastest, and most Transparent auto purchase! Purchased a 2019 Golf R off the showroom floor. The last one at the dealership to be exact! In my preferred color, it's like the stars were aligned. I had the pleasure to have been recommended to John Shorter, the best salesperson I've dealt with in the automotive industry up to date. I initially went in however to make a purchase/lease on a different model but having owned many performance cars in the past I knew deep down inside I knew I was going to run some numbers on the Golf R for "the heck of it". Little did I know that with some excellent number crunching (I was asked different questions to see what incentives I qualify for) by the finance manager, he was able to bring it down to a reasonable price that was not very far from what I desired. Mind you the payment I desired in reality was a little unreasonable, so you can say I was ecstatic when we came to final numbers. aaaaaaand now I'm driving around in my new bad a** 2019 Golf R. Great work John Shorter and the guys at Gunther! More
