I brought the car in for warranty repair. 2nd time the smokey chrome trim had to replaced, it was also 'polished twice' by dealerships' (waste of time proccess) on this 2 year old Dealer Cert car. I paid a lot of money for this car. The quality issues I have experienced with the Genesis brand are the worst I have seen in any brand. This is counting the 35 some cars, SUV's and trucks I have owned in the past 53 years: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Lincoln, MGB and Porsche. The front brakes were repaired 5 times in the 1st year of ownership. the The brakes pulse after they warm up on the highway. Chrome trim polished twice and replaced twice. These components are not 'rocket science.
On this last visit the driver's door chrome trim was replaced however it sticks out on its leading edge adjacent compared to the passenger side. The inner door panel is not properly attached; its not hung flush on the top; I found a door panel securing component rolling around on the floor (not the cause of panel not being properly attached). And there is a deep scratch in the paint on the door at the leading edge of the chrome trim. And now there is a loud whistle (wind noise) coming from the driver's side window when you go over 40 mph.
At this juncture I would never recommend buying a Genesis, especially since most dealers will not service this car!
I just want Englewood to fix what they broke.

I gotta say I'm amazed.
Benzel-Busch stood up to the plate and hit one out of the park.
They picked up our Genesis GV70. Handed us a brand new GV70 loaner.
During the course of 2 weeks they went over every issue and fixed them all. And our 2022 GV70 runs and looks cleaner than a 2024.
I have never experienced anything like this. They won my loyalty.
