We were getting sticker shock because of the rise in interest rates & really concerned because of mobility needs of my husband, & being on friends. John seemed to do everything he could to help us get the payment down as much as possible but still get the vehicle we needed. He was very patient & did research all options for us. In the end, we were pleased & finding out our oil changes & tire rotations were included for the first 2 years of the lease was a nice extra!
