I am from out of state (Denver CO). After giving each and every local dealer (4 or 5 of them) a shot at my business I went to Four Stars. Absolutely worth the 4 state, 9 hour drive! I c After giving each and every local dealer (4 or 5 of them) a shot at my business I went to Four Stars. Absolutely worth the 4 state, 9 hour drive! I couldn't be happier with John and Gary. John allowed me to remove unwanted port installed options on this Grand Highlander and add the ones I wanted. I was offered a fair price for my trade (one of my local dealers had offered more, but could not get the vehicle I wanted....but even if they had, Four Stars turned out to be the right choice anyway). Aside from the business aspect of the transaction Four Stars exceeded in every possible metric of customer service. Absolutely none of the typical dealership hustle and high pressure xx. No multiple manager, multi-pronged attacks from the staff like I see in Denver at EVERY single dealership. I will make the drive to Altus again for my next Toyota, no question. One last comment: transaction speed was important to me as I needed to drive the new vehicle home as soon as possible....no joke they got this transaction done in 30 minutes! More
