He helped me seven years ago, and I remembered him and asked for him by name. The payment and paperwork portion of my business there was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed meeting the service manager. Information about the vehicle I bought was very specific and complete. I visited 4 stars Toyota about a month ago and was essentially ignored. Finally Christian came and spoke to us. You can tell that he cares by the way he goes above and beyond for all of his customers. And,Although the first car I bought there was a lemon, I went back because I knew John would put me in a good car. I wish the rest of the team had the same attitude as Jon. Not impressed with the finance manager or the service manager. Much improvement could be made in this area. Thanks again Jon. You deserve a raise. More
